Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service.  We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.  Extensive and multiple salon/spa services may require a major credit card to secure appointments.  If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.  If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.

 

  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.

  • Please keep all valuable items with you during your service.

  • Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.

  • Our employees work as a team.  If for any reason you are uncomfortable with the service provider you have reserved, another team member can be made available to you.

  • Unless your child is getting a service, please do not bring children under the age of 10 with you during a spa appointment.  We do our best to provide a relaxed atmosphere.

  • No pets are allowed in the salon.

 

Cancellations

Should you need to reschedule or cancel appointments, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of 50% of the price of the services reserved.  For a ‘no show’, your credit card is automatically charged for the full value of services.  Groups or parties must give at least thirty days notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

 

Pricing

All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.

 

Services

All services are non-refundable.  We will gladly adjust any hair service you receive within two weeks of the original visit. Please call as soon as possible to schedule an adjustment.

 

Products

We will exchange any hair care product within two weeks of purchase.  Any skincare product may be returned within two weeks only if unused and in new condition.

 

Gift Certificates: All gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.  No refunds will be given for gift certificate purchases. Gift certificates may be transferred to another recipient. Gift certificate must be presented for redemption.

 

Gratuities

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages.  Customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash, check, or credit card.  With parties of 3 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
